Placing Audio ads on your site or blog is still really new. Just add some java code on your page to allow an audio ad to start playing when someone hits your web site. Terms: pay per play advertising [PPP]
The ads pay regardless, so it may be a good idea. However it looks like they don't pay much, I saw one artical indicating one to five cents. Seems like you would need a lot of traffic to make any real money.
Advertise your web site using Google AdWords.
Google already allows you to use videos from youtube as part of their adsense ads.
