Google offers a free web hosting site called Google Sites. Page Creator is easy to use, it's easy to up-load pictures and it doesn't cost any thing. Better yet you can sign up for Adsense and run ads to make money.
Google also offers a free blogger called Google Blogger, and you also run ads on blogger at no cost. I use both of these free services to display ads ~ at no cost.
