BGA Resistor Configurations
Many different resistor configurations and packages are possible, with the more standard ones linked at the bottom of the page. This particular page shows a few common resistors schematics as found in a 36-pin Ball Grid Array Package [BGA].

Resistor values
The resistor values used with each network configuration are not shown along with the schematic, only because there were to many to list. Basically any 1%, 2% or 5% value is possible, as long as the vendor has the correct components in stock. This link points to the possible Resistor Tolerance Values in a particular tolerance.

36-Pin BGA Package Derating
36-Pin BGA Temperature Derating

The Temperature x Power Derating curve is shown above for a 36-pin BGA package. Note that power derating starts at 70C. The package power rating shall be 1,200 milliwatts (1.2 Watts) maximum at 70C derated to zero watts at 85C. The resistor power rating for individual resistors shall be 100 milliwatts (.1 Watt) maximum at 70C derated to zero watts at 85C.
