DRAM.....Dynamic Random Access Memory (Requires Refresh)
....FPM:....................Fast Page Mode: (asynchronous) Obsolete 1990, faster than normal DRAM, used in 386/486 computers
....EDO:....................Extended Data Out: (asynchronous) A superset of FPM, just faster than FPM, replaced by BEDO.
....BEDO:.................Burst EDO; (asynchronous) faster than EDO, replaced by SDRAM

CAM:.........................Contact Addressable Memory. The inverse of RAM, producing an address for a given data word.

The device number for DRAM Memory Modules and their transfer speeds are listed above.
The clock speed is the frequency of the clock.
The data rate is the speed of the data, or twice the clock rate because the data changes on both the rising edge and falling edge of the clock.
The through-put is the data rate times the number of bits transferred.
