This is a listing of Memory Module Styles, and Memory Module Configurations.
A list of memory modules and their basic speed compared to other memory modules.
If the data changes on on edge of the clock, than the data rate is the same as the clock rate.
If the data changes on on both edges of the clock, than the data rate is twice that of the clock rate.
Through-put is the number of bytes that can be transferred into or out of the memory module.
The number of bytes transferred is based on if the data is clocked in once or twice per clock and the width of the bus.

SRAM.....Static Memory (Faster than DRAM, but much more expensive)
DRAM.....Dynamic Random Access Memory (Requires Refresh)
....FPM:....................Fast Page Mode: (asynchronous) Obsolete 1990, faster than normal DRAM, used in 386/486 computers
....EDO:....................Extended Data Out: (asynchronous) A superset of FPM, just faster than FPM, replaced by BEDO.
....BEDO:.................Burst EDO; (asynchronous) faster than EDO, replaced by SDRAM
....SDRAM:..............Synchronous DRAM (Random Access Memory)
.........PC66 (SDRAM); Clock Speed: 66MHz, Data Rate: 66MHz, Through-put 528MB/s
.........PC100 (SDRAM); Clock Speed: 100MHz, Data Rate: 100MHz, Through-put 800MB/s
.........PC133 (SDRAM); Clock Speed: 133MHz, Data Rate: 133MHz, Through-put 1100MB/s
.........PC150 (SDRAM); Clock Speed: 150MHz, Data Rate: 150MHz, Through-put 1200MB/s

CAM:.........................Contact Addressable Memory. The inverse of RAM, producing an address for a given data word.

The device number for DRAM Memory Modules and their transfer speeds are listed above.
The clock speed is the frequency of the clock.
The data rate is the speed of the data, or twice the clock rate because the data changes on both the rising edge and falling edge of the clock.
The through-put is the data rate times the number of bits transferred.
