BACnet : An interface covered by ISO/ANSI/ASHRAE 135-1995.

BIF Bus : A Multiplexed Bus Interface provides a byte-wide interface to the CSI bus which allows devices using a CSI bus to support legacy devices. The BIF bus multiplexes an 8-bit data bus and 8-bit address bus (lower byte). The upper byte address bus is always passed. The bus also has an OE line, an ALE line (Address or Data is valid), a RD (enable), and WR (enable) line. The BIF bus was developed by Triscend.

Bit-Bus : Bitbus Operates up to 62,5kbps, 375kbps or 1,5Mbps over a differential twisted pair, 120 ohm cable.

Bluetooth : A Wireless transceiver operating in the 2.4GHz ISM band.

BPL : Broadband over Power Line, Internet over high voltage transmission lines.

BST Bus { BST is a vehicle safety bus, refer to cable buses.

byteflight : Used for safety-critical applications in motor vehicles [air-bags]. Byteflight is a TDMA [Time Division Multiple Access] protocol that runs at 10Mbps over [2-Wire or 3-Wire] Plastic optical fibers [POF].

An alphabetic listing of released interface buses. The links provide descriptions of the physical and electrical interfaces. Interface Bus protocols are not addressed.
