The only digital station I do not receive with the small indoor Blade Antenna is channel 2
That station decided to transmit in the VHF band, as opposed to the UHF Frequency band which all the other stations transmit in.
However the Terk HDTV2 indicates it does receive both UHF and VHF signals but does not appear to carry a low noise amplifier.
The FCC indicates; Amplified VHF antennas may amplify the interference from the electrical devices in your home [reducing reception].
