MIL-DTL-32139: Nanominiature, Polarized Shell, Rectangular Electrical Connectors
The specification represents a style, but both board mounted and cable terminated connectors are covered.
MIL-DTL-32139 connectors may have a single row or double row of contacts.
The connectors are polarized because the shell is non symmetrical, only fits with its mate one way.

The table refers to a single row connector, the double row shell size is shown below.
Note; these Nano-connector would be preferred over a normal D-sub connector.
