This is a general listing of Integrated Circuit IC Timer Manufacturers and vendors.

Low skew clock buffers offer two or more individual outputs which are tightly controlled.
However the term low is up for interpretation and the data sheet would need to be referenced.

Note that Programmable Skew Clock Buffers are also available.
IC clock buffers with multiple outputs may have programmable skew between outputs.
Normally the skew or delay between gates is some sub-multiple of the input clock frequency.
Of course the IC has inputs for the clock, but also requires another input for a reference frequency used to increment the change in skew.
