Portable Air Conditioners are normally floor standing on wheels with in most cases an exhaust hose running out to a window. These are not window mounted units, but movable units that can be moved from room to room. Note Heat pumps are required to have a minimum SEER rating of 13, AC units may also have a requirement for minimum efficiency rating.
