XMC.1 (Parallel RIO), XMC.2 (Serial RIO), XMC.3 (PCI Express) and the base standard (XMC.0)

VITA 42; XMC is released, but some sections may still be a draft standard.
Sometimes referred to as ePMC [as in Express PMC, because of the PCI Express interface].
The XMC form factor is based on the PMC board format, but adds new I/O standards.
Including single or dual width card sizes, and carrier cards, although most mezzanine standard have single and dual formats.
