No, However; a fee is required for banner placement or to bold the site name. In many cases your site is added with-in a few months.
4: Can I sponsor the site
Yes. I accept a monthly fee for a banner which replaces the text listing on any page, or a much smaller fee to show your company name BOLDed.

New site statistics for 2014 and 15 are being tabulated, but it really is a low priority as the number of visits to this particular page is less than a dozen a month.
