Capacitor Insertion-Loss

Insertion-Loss: The loss or reduction in power through the capacitor. The chart below shows insertion-loss as attenuation [in dB] for an ideal capacitor. Note that insertion-loss increases as a function of frequency. Insertion-Loss may be tested per MIL-STD-220.
