A listing of COTS Mezzanine Card manufacturers. The types of products or devices they produce are listed under the company name, in alphabetic order.

Mezzanine cards are smaller daughter cards that vertically mount to larger host cards.
The larger host cards, or carrier cards one or more mezzanine cards.
Supporting one or two mezzanine cards on a host board is common, while a carrier card may support four mezzanine boards.
The term carrier card being used in this case to indicate that the main cards primary function is to host or carrier mezzanine cards.
The mezzanine cards provide a range of functionality based on which card is inserted into empty slot of a host card.
Mezzanine cards are normally either single wide or double wide, but using two single wide cards is much more common than a double wide card.
Note; that not all main board form-factors support all mezzanine board formats.

The mezzanine cards are listed by function, normally used as additional cpu power or specific I/O driver.
The cpu cards might be found on carrier cards that don't have their own dedicated micro-processor.
While the I/O driver cards would be found on normal host boards that need the specific I/O interface.
In general carrier cards would be listed on the page covering that interface.
That is a VME carrier card designed to hold a PMC card would be listed under VME COTS cards.
In addition rugged modules may not be called out.
