The MicroTCA standard uses the Advanced Mezzanine Card format as the plug-in processor and I/O format card.
The following page lists manufacturers of AMC Mezzanine Cards

As discussed, a MicroTCA board is either a small form factor card that requires a backplane, or used as a mezzanine card with a base-board. This topic covers the manufacturers of backplanes that would accept an AMC card, and requiring no main-board or base-board to support the AMC card. The description of the AMC Mezzanine Card is covered on a page separate from the page that covers AMC Card Manufacturers. The vendors page also only covers the actual mezzanine board and not the backplane which is covered here. As many engineers might be looking to procure a mezzanine card, but very few wanting to purchase a backplane. Most designers would purchase a MicroTCA chassis with a pre-installed backplane, and only a small percentage would attempt a custom design of an equipment chassis.
