The picture at the top of the page depicts an AMD; ATI Radeon graphics processor [Expansion Board Processor].
Note that ATI was purchased by AMD and the ATI brand name has been phased out.
So that pretty much makes this processor out-dated, and I would assume, no longer in production.
No data on what type of mounting this processor uses, however PGA is common for processors.

The AMD Turion uP, [Processor for Mobile Applications] pictured above uses a Pin Grid Array [PGA];
